matt and hillary. and we're also joined by dominic, president of diversified private wealth advisers. and john moody's markets chief e economist. let's dig into the first real, real deal. we had a real strong close in the market on friday. i do think we're poised to go much, much higher here. buying begets buying. you're going to get feeling the train is leaving the station, so what do we expect from here, josh? what are you looking for? >> i think it's going to be choppy. we have to brace yourselves for that inevitable fed rate hike, just the expectation of it could put downward pressure on stocks, and moreover, if economy weakens concern. charles: john, there's going to be a day when we get some fed news that's going to say the hike is coming sooner than later, and the market may be up that day. would that be a clear cut buy signal or do we have to ride this thing out? >> i think we have to ride it out. there's no denying the fact this economic recovery is getting older. we're not going to see the same type of profits growth as we saw a few years ago. you're not going to see those big gains.

matt pennsylvania, allegheny county? this was tim murphy's home turf. you know that very well. what is the picture? >> i currently work for senator john barrasso so oil and natural gas and you know we view both of these as important fuels. we view them both as a major foundation for energy economy moving forward. we believe not only will they provide domestic benefits broke provided geopolitical benefits and we think we should use them for both of those purposes. i think when you are talking about the competition between oil and natural gas it's an interesting question. i think it will evolve over time. one thing i would caution about the optimism of natural gas and it's not a caution as much as it is something to consider there are obviously a lot of competing demand centers now for natural gas and a lot of people want a piece of natural gas going forward. whether it's the electric sector of the transportation sector manufacturing sector and you know we believe that the market should sort out natural gas is role going forward but we would and we do believe that natural gas is expansive enough in the u.s. now that we could probably fi
