joining us now is john murphy. john, did i get that right?lmost $100, but downgraded it to neutral? >> correct. there's a fundamental call here and stock market call, we can talk about. but a lot of good news is reasonably expected in the stock. and 490 is our fair value on some of the parts basis. and we'll look for an entry point, particularly lower than it is now. >> we're at 397. 100 of upside -- >> correct. >> sounds almost like a bicall. but it's not? >> we're -- we're positively predisposed to the company, and the potential value it will create over time. but remember, we upgrade the stock when it was $170. that was less than a year ago. so it's an incredibly volatile stock. there is execution risk that has not been taken into account in the stock at this point. there's a couple of things, first, they need to launch a low-cost model, then another model, second half of the year. they also need to get gsd moving in the right direction, as far as increased subscribers. they need to launch a robotaxi fleet. sometime this year on a testing

murphy (voiceover): 1988. the year tracey married john pitman, the doctor, in virginia. after talking to tracey's ex and sifting through court documents surrounding their marriage, the investigator realized that pitman was nothing like the ogre tracey had described to investigators. bullying incidents? the doctor said it was tracey, not he, who had been abusive. in one memorable set-to, he said she pulled a gun on him. john pitman: she turned to me and said, you're never going to leave this house alive. [chuckles] i was sort of stunned. and next thing i know, she disappears in the bedroom and comes out waving a gun. dennis murphy (voiceover): tracey fired the revolver into the ceiling, and pitman called the cops. tracey admitted firing the gun. told police she'd been contemplating suicide. dr. pitman told agent vileta that wasn't the end of tracey's bizarre behavior. pitman pulled out surveillance logs and photos taken by a private eye that he said proved it was tracey, not he, who had been unfaithful. and that was a real shocker because it started to look like she almos

dennis murphy (voiceover): the villain, he said, was his dad, tracey's first husband, dr. johnhadn't even called to see how he was doing after the attack. dennis murphy (voiceover): tracey told the cops the indifference of the boy's father was one more reason that they should consider dr. john pitman a suspect. investigators chased down tracey's suspicion of her ex and asked the local police in virginia where he lived to check out his alibi around the time of the home invasion. mary higgins, tracey's good friend, remembers tracey at the time telling her that husband number one was now the prime suspect. she said, well, john pitman's in a lot of trouble, that he's the one, you know? they're-- they're going to arrest him. they're after him. dennis murphy (voiceover): but weeks passed without an arrest. tracey was becoming increasingly frustrated, her friend says. some nights, she would drive past law enforcement offices to see what was going on. mary higgins: she would know how late the county attorney was working because she'd come by and-- and look to see if the lights were on

dennis murphy: atf agents john cooney an dave cheplak led the federal investigation into the weaponso, were having a tough time trying to read jason scott. usually, we're pursuing the most violent criminals in the united states. and for lack of a better word, you know, this guy wasn't a thug. dennis murphy: in fact, jason turned out to be a college graduate and a valued employee at ups. we did a background check on him. and really, he had no criminal history. dennis murphy: jason and his accomplice were charged with weapons theft and possession. but given that neither had a criminal record, a judge released them, pending trial. she basically had to make a decision, all right, you're not a flight risk, and you're not a danger to the community. so both of them were released to home monitoring. so they could come and go. court is telling them, go and sin no more. don't be stupid. don't be a bad guy. agent: yes. but the atf agents weren't about to let jason scott, walk away quite so easily. they suspected he had other co-conspirators in the weapons theft. and instinct suggested he just m

surgeon general vivek murphy should carry a warning label. joining us now is dr. johnle to have the surgeon genel say we need warning labels. what's going on? >> it's surprising because it's not based on new research. he's looking at the compilation of research over years and saying americans need to be more aware of the possible links between alcohol consumption and cancer. he said fewer than half americans already make that link and he said there is extensive evidence that there's a link and it involves seven different types of cancer. let me read those to you, mouth, throat, voice box, esophagus, breast, liver and colon. he said the risk could start at one drink or less a day. right now the recommendations are two drinks or less for men, one drink or less for women. it could take less to increase your risk of cancer. >> dr. john, help us understand the science ann was talking about here. why can alcohol consumption lead to cancer? >> ann is absolutely correct. getting that one drink could cause some issues. the key word is possibly. they want people to be warned. th

dennis murphy (voiceover): haddox convened a grand jury. assistant state's attorneys ron welch and johnre would be a lot of convoluted storytelling and evidence for the jurors to follow. you've got robberies going on, the homicide, the cell phone data, how you link all these people up. you're going to have multiple snitches, who are all going to be testifying, who all have their own issues. dennis murphy (voiceover): the grand jury sat for three months and heard more than 100 witnesses. in march 2016, it returned indictments against josh daniels and sirius underwood. at the request of authorities in ohio, the alaska state troopers located josh at his mother's home in wasilla. once ohio gave the green light to the troopers to move on their suspect, they did. the cuffs went on without incident. a bulked up josh was put in the back seat of a cruiser and driven downtown. dennis murphy (voiceover): detective michel confronted him. dennis murphy (voiceover): josh was shown a graphic crime scene photo of poor brandy. dennis murphy (voiceover): meanwhile, back in zanesville, police surrounded s
