. >>> a former ohio bartender facing charges for threatening to kill house speaker john boehner. michael robert hoyte who worked at a country club frequented by the house speaker has been indicted on charges of threatening to poison boehner's drinks. tracie potts is live in washington for us. what more can you tell us? >> reporter: we're learning a lot more because the grand jury indictments have been unsealed. apparently michael hoyte had a history of treatment for psychiatric problems, was apparently either going to shoot or poison the drinks of the speaker and thought that he would tell police he was jesus and speaker boehner was responsible for ebola. they found lots of writings in his home about that. he also had been e-mailing frequently boehner's wife. his mother according to the court papers found a gun in the house and removed it because she was concerned about her son's mental state. authorities also found an assault rifle and some ammunition in that home. now the concern is will he be getting out of the hospital. he was hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation a 45-day hold. that ment
