a fire that tore through a row of homes last night in jersey city rekindled this morning. >> and newscopter 7 is over giorno with more for us. john? >> reporter: lori, it's pretty interesting we're getting from jersey city fire department. this is term that i haven't heard before. they are now calling this a two alarm fire at the site of a previous three alarm fire. and that's exactly what we have around forest street just off of ocean avenue. we've begun following this -- been following this for the last 45 minutes or so. this was the scene of a three alarm fire last night. it began around 8:00 last evening. it involved five buildings here. two of which were occupied. the fire department eventually knocked that down. there were no injuries reported there. but seems luke ten people -- like ten people were left homeless. it rekind ld morning. a second alarm assignment and one firefighter injured although it looks like they're getting this under control. we're live over jersey city, john del giorno, channel 7 eyewitness news. >>> all right john thank you. also seeing new video this morning of the crash that sent a bmx biker to the
