we've got john trouble standing by the weather center with our cold thursday forecast. a job too cold and you might have a bit of a trumbullut there that just doesn't involve shivering either. we felt a little minor quake earlier this morning. >> really just a couple of minutes ago near alum just east of san jose. if you did feel it, only 19 people reporting to the usgs that they did that occurred right around 08:45am. but yes, back to the cold, which is something that we're certainly all talking about this morning. more than just 19 of us. we just saw those frost advisories expiring for much of the north bay still lingering for solano county in the central valley for a little bit longer this morning, even though frost v
