john walsh, what do you make of this investigation of brian laundrie? if anything, does that arrest warrant make it final? it seems to really give them reason to be out looking for them. >> i'm really surprised it took this long to get the arrest warrant. there is no other person of interest, there is no other suspect. they found her body so i thought it would be issued sooner, and i've been a little bit critical, and you know how much i love police, 144 cops died in the line of duty last year. they have the toughest job in america. but i was critical of the police stop. i'm glad to hear they're training because most cops don't know how to identify a domestic abuse victim, and i looked at it with some experts and she was shaken, he was dominating the whole thing, and then probably could have saved her life right there, and i'm glad to hear they're training them, because i always said on domestic abuse calls, they're the most dangerous. they should have a mental health specialist when they go to someone's house. that's when a lot of cops get killed. >> t

we will be joined by john walsh. what details are you learning about in this arrest warrant? >> it was issued by the u.s. district court of wyoming. it is for unauthorized use of devices following gabby petito's arrest. it claims an intent to defraud. what it alleges is that brian laundrie used debit card and pin numbers and charged upwards of $1,000. the dates here are key. august 30th and september 1st are the dates they are looking at. he returned home here to florida to his parents' house where he lived with gabby on september 1. it's presumably he would have been driving from wyoming, from their camping trip back here to florida around those dates, august 30th and september 1st. if this is true, that's why those dates are key. the lawyer for the laundrie family saying that, hold on, this is not about the homicide of gabby. this is for things that happened after her death. he is trying to put distance between those two things. >> what is the latest about the search for brian laundrie? >> once again, they were out here all day at the reserve searching. they didn't have div

the former host of "america's most wanted," john walsh, accuses laundrie's family of enabling him. >>he showed back up with her van and he laid around the house for ten days, he could have scrubbed that van. i bet the fbi didn't find much in that van. >> reporter: and now a search warrant is revealing the odd final text message from her phone to her mother. it reads, can you help stan? i just keep getting his voice mails and missed call. stan is gabby's grandfather and gabby's mother says she never called him stan suggesting gabby may not have sent the texts. other messages between gabby and her mother show there appeared to be more and more tension between her and laundrie. in the meantime, authorities released the 911 call made when someone claimed to have seen a domestic dispute between the couple days before she was last seen and the caller says he saw laundrie slapping gabby. >> we drove by and the gentleman was slapping the girl. >> he was slapping her? >> yes, and then we stopped, they ran up and down the sidewalk. he proceeded to hit her, hopped in the car, and they drove off.
