to john yoo, the u.c. berkeley law professor. , i read a lot in to some of the questioning that donald trump's team was getting as well as questions indeed for prosecutors, but it seems like they would err on the side of not allowing that immunity, which seems to trigger taking this up to the supreme court. what do you think? >> i think neil, you have a good read on it. if you look at the transcript, listen to the clips. i didn't hear any judges say that they thought there was presidential immunity here. the questions were pretty hostile to the president's position even from what you played in the clip even from judge henderson, the most conse conservative. if i had been president trump's lawyer, i would have not said show up in court. clients are not allowed to speak in this kind of proceeding, this is a high level argument with three very smart judges. the d.c. circuit is sometimes thought to be better in terms of the quality of judges and they ask tough, hard questions. so when the you listen to clips, look at the transcripts,
