i want to go to john yu, former assistant attorney general on this trump grand jury, they're recommending the road wu no fraud found in the 2020 election. one thing that caught my attention in that report. that a majority of the grand jury believes that perjury may have been committed by one or more witnesses testifying before it. now, obviously that doesn't include president trump because he wasn't one of the participating witnesses. where do you see this going? >> good point, neil. there's two things worth noting here. one is the people that did testify, for example, rudy guliani, they might be subject to a perjury prosecution by the d.a. but as you point out, neil a lot of the reports still private. we don't know who else is in the report and someone like president trump still well could be charged out of that report. the judge here said that you could only release the grand jury portions that did not mention an individual because they didn't get a chance to defend themselves. so i don't think anyone can sleep easily at night now after reading just these small selections. >> neil: so w
