. >> we have 17 different brands, fat burger, johnnie rockets, round table pizza, ice cream, cookies, opening today, twin peaks, our sports bars are all over the u.s. 2,300 restaurants. maria: you're seeing crowds coming into the restaurants. how have you dealt with inflation? are you putting in the fine print that you have an inflation fee? >> prices are up, prices have gone up 5 to 10%. franchisees have to give value, you have to give something to the customer. you can't just say be loyal to the brand, we're raising prices. give them something of value, something that makes up for it. maria: what are the other issues? we talk on this program a lot about the labor shortages. you say it's hard to get managers. >> yeah, it's really -- we're finding employees to work in the restaurants again. a summer or two ago that was impossible. now we have the restaurant staff. it's just harder to find experienced managers and it's expensive to get them to switch from where they are. they're not waiting around unemployed. that's a challenge. supply chain is still a headache but more so on the equip
