when i finished my first book on the johnstown flood, the johnstown flood was a horrific, awful event that need never have happened. and i was questioned often what's your theme? i had no idea. it was only toward the end that i realized my theme and my theme was never assume it can be mistaken and perilous that because people are in positions of responsibility they're therefore behaving responsibly. can't assume that. we have another batch of moisture across western portions of pennsylvania slicing through johnstown, altoona, pittsburgh, looks like that will dive off to the southeast and go into washington and mitch rond. maybe over the next couple of hours we'll see showers with the once we get into 10:00 a.m. that will be gone. delaware, new jersey, the same area will be hit with this. we're seeing minor flooding at this point, smaller creeks and streams, some roads are starting to flood, as well. rainfall totals generally in the two to four inch range. some areas are seeing more. close to the atlantic city airport picked up 4 to 5 inches. future tracker 6, look at how nicely this pushes out to sea. we're seeing peeks of sunshine north and west. 2:00 p.m., same general idea north and west, clearing, south and east, damp and cooler, breezy, as well. 7:00 p.m. we're seeing peeks of sunshine south jersey and delaware. sunday looks very, very nice, low humidity levels, high temperatures struggling to get into the low 80s and nice gentle breeze. morning rain, clouds and peeks of sun, 75 degrees that'
