jon: priya?riya: do you worry about the bond outflows because we had a pretty big bond outflow last week. i am nervous that in these relatively less liquid times, if we continue to see outflows, does that hurt credit? >> that is a good question. important and the more liquid sections. in the broader markets, we think it is the speed of inflows as they yield curves increases but high-yield, yes. jon: you bring up loans, everyone is discussing how resilient high-yield is been through 2018. loans are rocksolid through this week. why, how, and can they continue? matt: really interesting that the flows into the bank loan space continues. that is not the sign of the rate concern. a lot of spl created and importantly, the clo controls that. we are not as concerned about an unwind. jon: this is an important point. as you look at fixed income in any market participant, is this still a rate story that dominates fixed income? >> i completely agree. when we look at credit, i agree, it looks healthy to us. we

jon? jon: claudia thank you. for more on this let's bring in former director of communications and spokesperson at the united states mission to the united nations. so we just heard that guatemalan refugee -- well i guess refugee seekers saying there are no jobs. a lot of the people who are going to be in this caravan want to claim -- excuse me, want to claim asylum in the united states, but lacking a job is not a reason for asylum, is that right? >> in some cases absolutely, jon. but you know, we have to look at this situation from two perspectives. one is what are the laws of our country? and two, what is the moral thing to do here? people who are in desperate situations who can't feed their families, let's say they really can't feed their families or we know that crime is so rampant in honduras. i mean, the statistics are startling, something like 90 deaths per 100,000 people in that country. i mean, it's astounding. so really the failure is in the countries themselves, that are failing to serve their people. s

jon: do you share that view?> when you look at the high-yield market, there are strong technical reasons why it is doing well. with heard the lack of supply versus demand, still strong demand for yields. you continue to see that. we are seeing a shift. you are starting to see that ares in europe attractive in dollars. i think the markets are evolving. jon: robert? >> it has been a sleeper outperformer this year. it is a good environment. the u.s. economy is doing well. while europe has been having problems, emerging markets were getting hit, investment-grade has more downside, high-yield is the sweet spot. the equity market was racing away. , there is a steep correction spilling over a bit. to the extent this expansion a recovery continues, they are likely to reemerge as a sweet spot. of: it would be disingenuous me to say credit has come out of this ok. the outperformance has been the worst part of high-yield. leveraged loans have remained resilient. if there are people watching right now worried about the equit

jon: i'm jon scott and this is the "fox report."least 11 people are confirmed dead after a gunman goes on the rampage inside a pittsburgh synagogue. lone suspect is in custody. garrett tenney is reporting from the scene in pittsburgh. what's the latest there. reporter: dozen of people were inside the tree of life synagogue for shabbat services and a baby naming service. a gunman walked in and yelled, all jews must die. he was carrying an assault weapon and handgun and he started shooting. parishioners barricaded themselves inside their rooms. some calling 911. when police arrived the gunman was on his way out and shot an officer. then he moved back inside and he got holed up there as the squat * team began to move in. he shot two more officers before giving up after he was shot. the state's governor says words cannot express the way his state feels tonight. >> my heart breaks for members of the jewish community. today all of pennsylvania mourns with you. anti-semitism has no place in our commonwealth. of any attack on one community

jon. >> jon: wow. in terms of people coming back it, you said folks are starting to return to see the damage, but that is what jon scott specifically asked them not to do. >> those are just the people who decided to hunker down. many of them having regrets that they did this because the storm was so powerful and so terrifying when it came ashore. those who stayed here on this island community are able to walk about and inspect the damage at their own risk it, but as far as emergency officials, the official word is it is too dangerous for evacuees to return at this point. if you have a laugh to this area, stay off the road until utility crews and other crews it cannot clear the debris. it even driving here from our hotel, the same city for us, just a couple of miles away, it was treacherous. we had to navigate around some fallen trees and some downed utility poles. so i would not recommend it to anyone to drive in this community until they can clear all the debris away. >> jon: i am sure it is a terrify

jon, do you think this is how it goes from now on? >> jon: i hope not. i hope, again, when he talked about the transparency of the fbi, it's not really an investigation. they have bare report. i hope that gives us some clarity. i think we need to believe women. we need to take these allegations seriously. and we need to hold people accountable, whether he is guilty of doing what she says -- i understand, but i think it all comes back to the information. everybody's making this accusation that it's all politically motivated. we have to remember, she came forward with these concerns well before he was the nominee. when he was on the list -- [crosstalk] she didn't know that it was going to be him. >> harris: a democrat congresswoman, who did nothing with it. she sat on it for just long enough, and i don't know what just long enough it is by the way. add that long enough, plus the other long enough, and it was just long enough to get us to the 11th hour. by the way, in this #metoo moment, you got women making decisions for another woman. when this is settled
