>> you're right jon.ame time, though, congress does have a great deal of authority and great deal of power through this subpoena as you mentioned. if congress particularly the house which, obviously, controlled by the democrats if they're not satisfied with what general attorney releases they can subpoena the report itself. and frankly, i think they'll one on that. because the investigative powers of congress are very broad, and the courts will likely uphold that power as long as it is related to some legislative purpose. however, what i've heard reported in, and seen more recently, is the house democrats are now talking about trying to get even all of the underlying documents e-mails possibly even grand jury testimony, that should not be released for a number of about ares and that i think they'll lose on, but the report itself if they're not happy with how much is released congress can subpoena it both senate and the house could issue a subpoena if they wanted to see whole report. >> you say that you th
