i'm meteorologist jon loufman. yes, rub your eyes. we're in the world series, and it is going to be a much less than boys of summer forecast as we make our way through today and into tonight. let's start with today, as temperatures climb only into the low 50s. the sun/clouds mix overhead will emphasize clouds over sunshine as day, but the good news is the brisk north winds will be dying down as the day progresses. we're headed into a night with tumbling temperatures. we start in the mid to upper 40s and go to the mid-40s and then the low 40s. by morning, we're down into the 30s as we make our way into the nighttime hours. we're talking 52 today, 49 as we head to tomorrow, and late-day rainshowers make it a kind of soggy day for baseball. and a temperature again topping ? ah, ah ? ga, ga, oo-la-la ? >> going to do the super bowl what comes to your mind? >> hey, gaga. >> what's up? >> it's from the nfl. what are you doing early next year? >> oh, my gosh. are you giving me the super bowl? >> yes. amazingly you even knew that, from that l

i'm meteorologist jon loufman, wow, october get much nicer. a fine start to fall with 65 at 9:00, 74 at noon, 79 degrees by 3:00 in a couple of spots not out of the question hitting 80 degrees. then we head into the night when a big game takes place at progressive field. 8:00 ashe by the tribe. 72. 70 at 9:00, and we head through the final innings with temperatures in the upper 60s as we make our way through the nighttime hours. tomorrow a very encore performance, but a colder weather pattern setting up as we make our way toward the weekend. we'll head into friday night and start morning with a risk of a shower. temperatures on saturday topping only about 64 degrees. from there, although sunshine returns for us on sunday, we'll may only flirt with 60 degrees and in a couple of spots and let's go with an optimistic 62 and breezy sunday. mainly sunny skies on monday, and another warming trend as we head to 67. 69 on tuesday, and mainly sunny skies, and wednesday, a chance of showers, 69 degrees. heading back into warmer weather i'm ted stricklan
