jonathan: two arrested for the murder of a homeless man in adelphi. nancy: this is terrible. the two charged are teens. brad bell with the heartbreaking story. we have more on the motive. brad? brad: the suspects are 13 and 14. it's been two week since the crime but there is still crime scene tape where the man's body was found. the body of the 47-year-old homeless man found he had been stabbed multiple times. his body hidden. his name francisco. that was july 27. yesterday police found a man who said he witnessed the crime. as they spoke near the crime scene the witness spotted the killers. literally walking by. immediately police caught the 13-year-old. then they say he identified his friend, 14-year-old elias portillo as his cohort. he, too, was arrested. police releasing his picture because he is old enough to be charged as an adult. barely. >> a 13-year-old is charged as a juvenile. that is based on the way that maryland law is written. 14-year-old charged with a first-degree murder can be charged as an adult. however, a 13-year-old can't. brad: the victim was living back in these woods. a few moments a con
