also on the scene our reporter jonathan blum he's live with the latest details. >> pam we just talked to a police captain a few moments ago who give us the details of this case that turned deadly for one of two suspects police were pursuing. it all started just after 4:00 this afternoon when police say they responded to reports of a couple suspect shooting at apparently innocent people in the 7600 block of lockwood. it that's not a crime hot spot and they say they're investigating why it is of those suspects were apparently shooting innocent people. fortunately police say none of those victims were hurt. please did pursue those aspects which lead to a high-speed chase on and off the freeway and that ultimately ended in a crash. at one other person was hurt not severely enough to be considered life threatening and police officers then ordered the suspect to get out of the vehicle. at the time to see the passenger got out of the vehicle and they saw he was armed with two guides. please order the passenger to get down on the ground when he did not comply one of the three officers chased

jonathan blum is standing by here as a look at some of the usgs maps and has no permission about thest thing we want to look at is a shake map it's unusual typically was the greens and yellows and even reds and oranges. this one looks like an icicle tell blues and purples. to visitors break you can see it is pretty much this color the entire bay area the bay area was shaking. it was light to moderate in this case. we hear you could see the four aftershocks. the earthquake was 4 mi. deep and that's why the shaking was like the widespread. for a couple 2.1 aftershock to 0.6 of learned of 1.1 that was a light some people don't even feel it. the main quake was a 4.1 and is using about you can see the widespread shaking. this earthquake didn't really do and shaking it all in the salinas area. maybe a little tiny bit toward the northern and salinas. the purple dark blue that's very light shaking shaking you probably felt it would have caused damage. the near the epicenter this turquoise that's light to moderate shaking. the shaking that will cause damage but some people fear the earthquake
