the boy genius jonathan geller, president of bgr.com yoins us with the new ipad. he'll help us dissect what's inside. boy genius, welcome. >> thank you. >> we look forward to having you in the house. what are your impressions? >> it's great. it's a great upgrade from the ipad 2. >> why so? >> the screen is beautiful. it has 4g. no hit on battery life. something no other manufacturer has been able to do. there are good upgrades and no competition for it. apple has competed against themselves now. that's amazing. >> we break it down, look at what's inside. the retina display manufactured by samsung who makes custom apple designed a5x processor. the new chip. broad come, texas instruments as well. can you break it down for us in exactly what you found? >> like you said, samsung manufactured display. that's their biggest competitor in the mobile space. you have an upgraded cam rarks a texas instruments driver as well. these are components you have seen before in the ipad 2. they are new and improved. there are manufacturers apple has been using for a long time. >> dr.
