(vicki) today -- hawaii's attorney general released the results of its investigation into saito's escape. terisa estacio joins us in studio with more. (terisa) today's report found that the hawaii state hospital was unable to adjust to a population involved with the justice system. and that was at least partially responsible for saito's escape. however, the report found that no single employee was responsible for the escape. saito was able to take a taxi to the airport... catching flights to maui and then san jose. he was captured days later by authorities in stockton. saito had been hospitalized since 1981 after being found not guilty by reason of insanity of killing a woman. after his escape in november of 2017 -- additional security measures were implemented at the hospital. six hospital employees were placed on - off duty status. two of
