joni, what are the skill sets that people need to thrive in an economy like this?e where the jobs are. they were in health care and they were in construction. but what do we need for the jobs of the future? >> yeah, the jobs of the future, i think, really, what we're going to say is that the technology skills are going to be important and engineering is coming back and that was impacted by the energy sector as well. but we're already starting to see movement in the energy sector. employers are starting to talk about hiring and starting to ramp up and with the new trump presidency, it's expected that that will increase. but in addition, there's other jobs that are expected to come back into the u.s., which is customer service jobs. so all levels, even though we're seeing finance and accounting, should be in high demand. engineeri engineering, technology, a strong area, when you look at students today that's where they need to focus on education and training is it to get that experience because those are where the jobs are in the future. >> i agree with you, complete
