live in downtown san jose, damian trujillo. >> active scene in san jose. another overnight raid on occupy protesters, this time on the cal campus. two people were arrested in what police describe as a mostly peaceful and orderly event. about 100 officers were on hand for the raid, which started about 3:30 this morning. crews cleared out most of the leftover debris within a few hours. protesters are gathering again tonight oorn the cal campus. ahead of a general assembly meeting which starts in about one hour from now. >>> protest the increase in tuition, now faculty members are protesting no increase in their salary. hundreds of faculty members in heyward and other campuses took part in a one-day strike. they're upset about the chancellor's refusal to pay negotiated raises they were supposed to receive between 2008 and 2010. the paychecks of administrators continue to rise, and teachers and students are the ones that are suffering. >> we're taking the long view. students may lose class for one day, but in the long run, we're trying to save their education.

jose. police are searching for a sexual assault suspect after a teenaged girl was attacked on a pedestrian overpass by a man who asked for her. katie marzullo with more on this investigation. >> reporter: good morning. police have issued a public safety warning. specifically, for residents in the grammercy place neighborhood in east san jose. they say that sexual assault suspect is on the loose. the attack happened saturday. 14-year-old girl with a friend walking on a pedestrian bridge near highway 680. this man approached the two girls asked to use a cell phone one girl offered him her cell phone and the friend kept walking. after a while, this was around 6:00 in the evening saturday, the girl realized she had lost track of her friend she called police, reported her friend missing police call the cell phone and the victim answered and said she was still on the bridge and needed help. officers responded. they did find the girl and they say the suspect was still there lingering behind her wh
