this is near the san jose state campus.re actually were two separate shootings, and what we learned from one of our news producers who was near the scene is they saw one person being taken into an ambulance. we didn't know the condition of that victim, but this all happened near the intersection of east san carlos and south 4th streets, near the san jose state campus. as we mentioned, police did tell us one person was killed. >> while officers were investigating the homicide, we were made aware of a disturbance, a weapons call half a block away from the homicide. >> so after that first shooting, where one person was killed, the police made their way to the taqueria. once they were there. they saw a man with a gun pointing it at another man, and that's when the officer-involved shooting happened. the officer shot that man who was holding the gun. he was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. so police tell us they're still investigating whether those two incidents were related. as you can see, streets are
