all right, dan, a new video tonight shows the damage a massive tree made to a condo in san jose. >> a couple living in the condo says that this eucalyptus tree fell tuesday night right into their bedroom. eric kirk chick says that he had just gotten out of bed to go to the bathroom. but his wife, lauren, was in the room when the tree came crashing down. take a look at the damage. it inside. eric says it was pitch black when he went back into the room could only hear his wife screaming. he tells us he managed to get her out from under the debris. both of them leaving the scene with only bumps and scratches. apparently eric says that he doesn't know when their home will be livable again, but says that cruise plan to remove that tree tomorrow. >> in ray county, people in a fairfax apartment complex said to be evacuated after look at all that mud, mud slide came plowing down the hillside into their building. this happened on colima road not too far from matter. elementary school in fairfax of the 3 apartment buildings that are part of that complex building inspectors red tagged this one.
