joseph kennedy was the little boy who told them he could not give a good description because he recognized the tallboy with a funny looking little i and because of that they narrowed down the person they were looking for. day when talking through the schools and still did not find him. jesse gave himself up pretty much. one day while walking home from school he thought would be fun to walk into a police station he walked right in in the one person that he saw was little boy he had just abused and they pointed a finger at him and pretty much he was done he knew he had given himself up and it was to leaf and he was arrested to take to juvenile then the court said he was too young for jail he went to a state reform school. back then he was supposed to be there through the age of 18 which was six years. he was only 12. they realize that these tendencies he would grow out of it like a disease in feel better but his mother who really understood him tried to take care of him to make sure he would not stay there too long. should talk to though local commissioners to make sure they recommended his
