making news with josh breslow with live now from fox.o much for joining us this morning. >> of course. yeah. thank you so much for having me. >> so josh, let's start with the case of luigi mangione. we just saw him in court yesterday. his next court date is scheduled for february 10th, i believe. but but he could be back in court within days. tell us about that and the reason why. >> yeah, i do want to look here. it's january 18th is going to be federal court. and then you have february 21st is over in state. so you have these two cases against him that are running simultaneously. you have the state charges and then you have the federal charges. and what's interesting is when you look at the case overall, it was initially just those state charges which include the murder as an act of terrorism charge that a lot of people have been talking about. and then you had mangione, who arrived back in new york from pennsylvania last thursday, and that's when those federal charges were filed. so it's interesting, is mangione was expected to appear
