josh brown with a new move, a new stock, which is toast, tost, which josh brown just bought why? >> i took a very small position. i anticipate adding to it. they have earnings coming up february 16th. the last two times they reported earnings, the stock went down a lot. so nobody should think that this is my only price that i'll be buying it at, and i would not recommend anyone following me in here as a trade. this is an investment for me basically the story of toast is very simple, the company was founded in 2011. they went public in 2021 about ten years later, this is a full-sized business in a sort of small market cap about $12 billion. the high was $65 a share shortly after becoming public during the 2021 bubble, it has since been absolutely crushed, although on its way back but the business has never been in better shape. they reported the september quarter, revenue grew 55% to about $752 million for the quarter. so they were doing billions in revenue. they have over a billion in cash and they are providing all of the digital transformation systems to the restaurant industry
