let's bring in josh campbell who is monitoring this as well.is a classic reaction, police and officers on the scene going in trying to neutralize the shooter. what's different this time, from the reports it seems as if the shooter hasn't been apprehended, may not even be on the campus at all. >> right. you usually have a shooter taken into custody. sometimes they're killed in an exchange of gunfire by the officers, sometimes they put the gun on themselves. we just heard the anguish in the voice of the parent there wondering what's happened to your child. this is reality in 2019. parents can children prepare for this day. also the footage you see there, every agency represented is preparing for an incident just like this from the fire department to the police. what is unusual now that you have a suspect at large is you have multiple areas where police will be looking at. you have the immediate crime scene. they'll want to go through and clear that school. this is a suburban area. this isn't one building, this is multiple buildings. but also poli

i want to bring in josh campbell and josh turner. we're living in a not even the past.josh, good evening. take us through how this story unfolded. how did this plan threat come to light and how did the fbi shut it down. >> a tip from a concerned citizen came in and launched an investigation that could give investigators insight into the mind of the self-professed white supremacist intent on killing jews in colorado. arrested on friday evening by fbi agents as he prepared to conduct what he thought would be an attack on the synagogue. this began because concerned citizen notified the fbi. they launched an investigation and used online covert employees. they were able to bump up against this target on facebook. start a conversation. and really started to get the insight into the mind of this person. very chilling. some of this is disturbing but important it say exactly what it is. in 2019 we have this type of disgusting hate out there. he talked about the holocaust. he called jews a cancer and talked about his desire to start a holy war. again in conversations with these

in the meantime, josh campbell is joining us. r law enforcement analyst, spent years with the fbi. so when you hear some of what nic is reporting and thank goodness, everyone sounds to be okay, but the investigation has only just begun. what will they be looking at? >> absolutely. and very little details right now that we're hearing from officials. we can imagine at this point in time, their focus is on mitigating whatever this issue is. anyone who has flown in and out of schiphol airport knows this is a massive air field. we don't know if this happened at a gate. those are details we don't yet have. but information is coming from military police who appear to be controlling the flow of information as they attempt to determine what happened. what we don't yet know, there are a multitude of ways that an aircraft crew can signal there is an issue on board. we all have cell phones now. we don't know if that local reporting, whether that was accidental or whether that was in response to some type of incident. so this is causing massiv

joining us now, cnn analyst josh campbell.een following the roger stone trial closely. what's been head-slapping to you? >> the question is what did the president know and when did he know it. you have two narratives now at odds. you have rick gates saying the president knew what was going on as to wikileaks and the stolen emails and you have him submitting questions to prosecutors saying he doesn't know any of that. that stuns me. you talk to people in law enforcement who look at the way robert mueller handled this investigation. in law enforcement, they say you follow the facts wherever they lead. it appears now mueller was treating the president with kid gloves. now we know why. had the president been forced to sit before agents and the fbi, he would have been caught up in potential falsehoods and possibly lies because it's a pe ppears that it might not have been true. >> so the wherein question to president trump went like this. are you aware of any communications during the campaign, directly or indirectly, between roger

also josh campbell. jonathan, first to you, you heard my conversation with the cardiologist, what are you thinking? >> there are things that are really -- we're not chasing conspiracy theories here. there has been protocols set forth to make note of the president's physical, they broke that protocol, that's anom house. there are a lot of things that seem last minute around this. >> what would be -- what would a reason be, if you're working in president obama's secret service detail, and something happened healthwise, what would lead a president to show up without giving anyone a heads up at a hospital? >> let's put it into context? the president's health is managed by the white house medical unit. they're one of the best medical units in the world. the doctors, the medical practitioners that make up the unit are with the president 24 hours a day. there's not a moment they're not within arms length of him. they needed the capabilities that went beyond their -- >> so again, that's just another anomaly. it'
