effect, it's coming down now, piking up even more and you can see i have out here with me now mayor josh cullen of annapolis. mayor, how have things been goin' today so far? >> over all pretty good. we have had some problems, we have had some issues with some of the wastewater pumping stations just because we have old pipes and the capacity is overwhelmed with all the rain water. >> the emergency management system said 4:00, what was the discussion there? >> the discussion this afternoon and really throughout the day has been focused on late tonight. because we're expecting the highest water levels at high tide tonight after 11:00 p.m., rely at around 11 to midnight. >> reporter: the city has put out sandbags, you have more coming out? >> yes, as you can see the ones down here have been a hot commodity so we have another 300 coming down to city doc within the hour and another 120 over at the second street pumping station in east port. >> reporter: all right mr. mayor, i'm not going to keep you out in the rain any more. good luck with it tonight. >> thank you. >> reporter: the rain is not going
