josh kaul, thank you for being here tonight we really appreciate. you so much rachel. >> am i seeing of any of this wrong, because i'm looking in from outside of the state. i've been following the local press on this matter, closely. the matter has been -- as what's going on here is there anything that i'm missing in terms of the opacity and the fringe of this review that i can't see from this distance? >> no you are not, it feels like i'm looking through a -- right now. the fact that this investigator won't even disclose her last name, really says one of two things, it either says that the investigators don't want her name out there because it will reveal bias, or she does not want to be associated with this event stagnation publicly. which probably shows judgment on her part. but this is no way to conduct a serious review. when we spoke a couple of weeks ago, you said this election review from the republicans and the legislator should be shut down. you called it a fake investigation, and said it should be shut down. since then, you've gone to cour

if we don't win these elections in 2022 and maintain people like myself, josh kaul, if we don't flip states like arizona and georgia, we simply won't have a democracy anymore. if trump runs again in the 2024 election, he will become president again whether he actually wins the election were not. >> great, thank you. i just want to quick jump in here. i know we have seen numerous bills in the state legislature from texas to georgia trying to restrict voting rights. absentee ballots and drop off locations, not allowing volunteers to give water to people standing in long lines. what role does this play? >> many. let me emphasize the litigation role. during the campaign season, we had people announced that they were coming to minnesota and they were going to guard polls wit weapons -- with weapons. they were claiming they were going to protect people's right to vote. that was intimidating and designed to discourage and depressed people. we wanted to make it very clear that if you try to intimidate the vote, he will be in court, we will sue you without adding -- batting an eye. we had a v

today wisconsin state attorney general josh kaul asked a judge to throw out the subpoenas this guy has sent out as part of his purported investigation. he told the court that those subpoenas were sent, quote, in furtherance of an unlawful investigation focused on debunked theories about the november 2020 election. now, we'll see how the courts handle this request from wisconsin's attorney general, but as a general matter i think in asking the courts to evaluate the means by which republicans are trying to carry out these fake audits is a good step toward bringing some order, some oversight, some accountability to this otherwise very dangerous, slip shod process that we've seen unfold in multiple states. so an effort to bring the courts in to effectively police that nonsense that republicans are trying to pull off in wisconsin, very interesting. that court case will be important. also today, also in wisconsin, a totally separate audit carried out legitimately by the professional, qualified, non-partisan legislative audit bureau in wisconsin, today that actually real audit conducted by p
