joining us with the latest nbc news correspondent josh lederman. josh, good morning. >> reporter: good morning. democrats are saying that all options are on the table, but those options are quite limited at this point, lyndsay, with beto o'rourke, the former congressman and voting rights activist saying that one possibility could be for democrats to actually leave the state of texas to try to deny the quorum needed to have this vote. that's similar to what democrats did at the end of the regular legislative session, but that tactic could be a stalling measure, but unlikely to prevent a vote from going forward in the long term on this voting measure, which includes many of the same restrictive voting elements that were in the original measure, including a ban on 24-hour voting. a ban on drive-thru voting. tougher restrictions for voter i.d. for people to vote by mail, as well as banning election officials from automatically sending mail-in ballot applications to people who haven't specifically requested them. now, president biden, he is coming under
