he's expected to be scheduled for a trial date at that time.live in mke i'm jp cbs 58 3 also new at noon, 38-year old angela gabriel made her first court appearance in waukesha this morning. she's the 'assisted living facility worker' charged with abuse of a patient. police say gabriel punched a patien dementia....and she's also accused of telling fellow workers not to tell anyone about it. today a 15-hundred dollar signature bond was set and a preliminary hearing scheduled for december 15th. in milwaukee, police continue their search for the driver whose car struck and killed a child sunday. sunday. an autopsy is being performed on the 5-year old girl today. police say she darted into the street was hit and seriously injured while walking to church near 64th injuries shortly after the accident. police have not yet released a description of the car or suspect. the family tells us the car did slow down after hitting the girl but then sped off. we just want to make a plea to anyone that may know any info in regards to this that you would please just make a phone call just turn yourself in
