julia ainsley joins us from washington, d.c.ction as this case is playing out. what is the government's argument for trying to get these barriers removed? >> their argument is that while this all plays out in court, and it may go all the way to the supreme court, that these barriers pose a public safety risk, that they could lead to more drownings. already each year we see over 300 migrants drown in the rio grande. those numbers can ebb and flow depending on the border crossing numbers....
