julia fello is live from the milwaukee county courthouse with the sheriffs late change of heart. obviously this is more than about a fence around sherman park this is more about a power struggle between the county executive and the sheriff that don't like eachother and that's what's going on here let's call it the judge david hansher says taxpayers are stuck in the middle. after the judge asked if this can be sorted out behind closed doors.. the back and forth ended with the temporary restraining still in effect against clarke from putting up a temporary fence around sherman park or changing the curfew.the sheriff has told todays tmj four in the past there needed to be temporary curfew because he believes the park was used as a staging area before the violence unfolded august 13th. county executive chris abele has called the fencing a barrier to healing and believes the park had nothing to do with the unrest last month.we asked clarkes attorney why the sheriff was not in court today. the sheriff was not personally involved in the installation or removal of it it was done at his request him
