julia fello has the morning off. snow is starting to make its way towards milwaukee and you can see it right here on the radar. meteorologist brian niznansky is tracking it for us. brian snow is taking its time getting here and most of us probably won't see much until after 9am. once it arrives, it will snow steadily through the afternoon. the snow likely tapers off by around 6 or 7 pm. with lake michigan water temperatures still in the upper 40s, we could see lakeshore. total snow accumulations will probably range from around 4 inches far inland to 1-2" lakeside. crews with crews with the department of public works already have a plan to attack the snow once it hits the roads.a spokeswoman says they've been out laying brine -- or a salt mix on the main streets of milwaukee. now, 100 salt truck drivers are on stand-by to report to work once the flurries start to fall. you can track the snow with our "snowcast" app. it tells you how many inches of snow will right now, later in the day, or over the next 48 hours. it co
