liz: let's welcome to the show julian epstein. julian has 15 years of capitol hill experience.s the former chief counsel for house judiciary during the clinton impeachment. julian, great to see you again. what do you make of this? this is a bombshell. >> it is a bombshell but i think it was also predictable and this case is dead because of what appears to be pretty significant corruption on the part of the prosecutor in the sense of a kickback scheme and also potential perjury about the kickback scheme. if you believe in the age of zelle and apple pay she was reimbursing her paramore in cash, i think a lot of people find that hard to believe so i think this case is dead. i think there is apparent corruption here, and i think it will be upheld on appeal, but there's a much bigger story, liz, here. there's a story of one man and donald trump, this being yet another example of it, defeating an entire left wing lawfare industry that was not just in credibly financed into the tens of millions of dollars of taxpayer money, but was also supported by one party, my party, the democratic
