saved art treasures, the building was built in 1924-25 according to the design of the architect julian lisetskyitially there was a residential house for two families, and it performed its function until 1989, when it was decided to create a museum of saved treasures here. since the entire exhibition is based on those items, which were detained by breza customs officers, border guards, here we see what customs authorities use today, what impressions smugglers tried to make in different years in order to bring antiques across the border. here we see an icon. of st. blaise of sebaste, which was sawn into eight parts in order to transport it in ordinary luggage - across the border, only thanks to the efforts of our restorers, the icon was generally saved. one of the main items that was exported abroad contrapondists, was the russian icon. it was considered some kind of exoticism, something that was characteristic of the culture. russia and belarus as a whole, therefore it was in great demand among foreign collectors, antique dealers, the oldest icon, which is in the collections of our museum, the i
