julie? julie: we are looking forward to a little bit of sunshine today. especially if you are traveling in from the west. outer loop of the beltway right here. new hampshire avenue. we are below speed headed around toward 270. we had a crash before connecticut avenue. it is still about a 24-minute ride westbound 495 headed into silver spring. no problems to report at this time. eastbound 66 outf we are bunched up at fair oaks. no accidents to report as we continue further east inside the beltway through falls church. we are back in the next 10 minutes and we will update your ride on 301. adrianna: riders had to be rescued from a county fair in california on a bungee ride. one person was hanging in the air for nearly 40 minutes. two others were stuck in a steel cage hanging from a crane on the ride for more than an hour. fire crews had to use a ladder truck and they repel system to safely lower them to the ground. they all appear to be ok. no word on what caused the malfunction on that ride.
