i'm julie ortiz. i'm with sfpuc's water enterprise. and i manage the retail water conservation program. just a quick note, conservation assistance for communities in san mateo, alameda, and santa clara counties that receive water from the p.u.c. get conservation assistance through the bay area water supply and conservation agency or bosca for short. can i have my second slide. great. so we just want to give a brief presentation briefly on water supply actions and give an overview of our conservation program. we are entering the third year of worsening drought conditions. our total regional water storage is at about 60% of capacity and normally for this time of year, it's at 82%. so we're lower than where we want to be. we staff our going to our sfpuc commission on november 9th to declare our local water shortage emergency. and by doing so, that then enables us to access the resources that are only available during emergency time. we are also going to be asking for a regional systemwide 10% reduction water use from 2019, 2020 levels. i
