to say if julie wright is frozen or not. it is even cold in the studio this morning, man. all right, on the roads, we are starting off on a rocky note. we've got tie-ups on the inner loop of the beltway. this is coming from virginia headed into maryland. this is the accident activity on the inner loop of the beltway approaching river road. fire and ambulance on the scene. you will find traffic squeezing by at this point single file to the right. coming across the american legion bridge, headed up towards 270. only the right side of the road is is able to get by at this point. we can see more people getting out and about. we can see a doe lay is forming here on the inner loop of the beltway. outer loop of the beltway, there is help on the scene tying up the left lane. this will impact your drive coming from 270 headed down to the american legion bridge. again, accident activity, only one right lane getting by inner loop of the beltway before the exit for river road. top side of the beltway, a different story. nice and smooth.
