frank, juliette, back to you. >>> some developing news now. two men are wounded after a shooting in a parking lot at a target department store. anne makovec joins us live at the scene in richmond with more. >> reporter: good morning. here in the target parking lot you wouldn't have any idea of what happened here yesterday evening but this morning, a teenager is in critical condition. a 23-year-old in stable condition. and the shooter or shooters in this case still on the loose this morning. it happened at around 5:30 last night at this target on mcdonald avenue. once police got here neither the shooter nor the victims were anywhere to be found. two young men who were shot got to the hospital on their own in a private vehicle. >> it appears that our victims were shot at by at least one shooter, possibly part of a larger group of potential suspects. >> reporter: once they got to the hospital in san pablo, the teenager was taken by air ambulance to a trauma center in walnut creek, the other man's injuries are not considered life-threatening. all
