i'm juliette goodrich live in oakland. late-night meltdown at a fa >>> a santa clara county sheriff's deputy is in trouble after a late-night meltdown at a fast-food drive through. kpix 5's len ramirez on what the deputy allegedly did while waiting for his order. >> reporter: this is a fast- food window where it happened here in the city of santa clara. the off-duty deputy sheriff was allegedly drunk and very upset that his fast food wasn't coming fast enough. santa clara police arrested 33- year-old benjamin lee, a veteran deputy sheriff for driving under the influence of alcohol and brandishing a firearm. it happened during an overnight fast food run at the jack-in- the-box on el camino in lafayette. witnesses say that lee, who was off duty and behind the wheel with two passengers, became irate that the line was taking too long at 2:40 a.m. sunday. when he reached the witnesses he said he was angry and pointed a gun at the clerk and manager. place say employees called -- police say employees called 911 and officers arriv
