i want to bring in cnn national security analyst juliette kayyem, an assistant under secretary for presidentre? we heard president biden say a couple of days ago this isn't about deterring putin right now in the near term. so what does it mean for the long-term? >> so i think we have to look at this war now on many fronts, of course the most significant and, you know, the most hard, the most tragic is of course the military conflict we're seeing in ukraine right now with russia's aggression. but there's -- i was writing it down -- financial, diplomatic, legal, cyber, covert, humanitarian efforts all going on simultaneously. so it can seem really confusing. so when the president says strategic he's essentially meaning all the other aspects that we can put pressure on russia and putin that are outside the battlefield. and one of those ways is, of course, the financial way, which is you saw a lot of activity about that today. and i think, you know, there's different specifics to each of the pieces they did. s.w.i.f.t. in terms of impacting transactions, which just for those watching, the impact
