he hired his buddy julius genachowski.achowski has visited the high white house more than any official in the government. he goes over on the part of turkey. all the austerity. he is there all the time. he literally passed a rule in december to basically -- the future of the internet is basically a wireless connection. everyone has a cell cell phone orrin ipad or whatever and mobility is how people connect to the internet. because of the amount of pressure ats -- at&t is put on on me literally broder ruled that basically there are no rules for wireless and the rule goes to an -- into effect very soon. we have an internet potentially any day now outside of legal challenges where the companies can shut your site down. they will slow it down and for us, people of color that is troubling because we won't have the financial means to be able to afford to make sure our sites and our ability to speak freely. on for obama, it's been a disaster. actually the chairman door for him and the fcc was actually better. he actually punish c

agency, for example the fcc prompted by our request, but also due to some excellent work by julius genachowskihey've already eliminated the 190 rules. 190, and that gives you a sense of the scale of the work that can be done as a consequence of some of your recommendations. on the announced last friday i'm going to ask congress to give authority to reorganize the government to make it work better for the american people while eliminating duplication and waste and inefficiencies much of this is embodied and much of the recommendations you have in particular areas by which a set of proposals agreed consolidation authority to vote for the first time require any organization proposal reduced the size of current and costs so this is not just a matter not moving boxes around the question is can you actually achieve better integration, better streamlining, but efficiency and ultimately better consumer service and better pay off for taxpayers. the first proposal we identified as to consolidate the six agencies focusing primarily on business and trade and to a new department with a single mission to sp
