. >> i'm jummy olabanji.d over to jack taylor, following two issues on the roadways, including some water main breaks. >> complicating things with accidents as well, as we always have. centerville 28 northbound past 66, there is a crash right around the bend, blocking the left lane, stacking traffic trying to get into manassas, and westbound north on 228. we are dealing with an investigation closing 202 westbound just before 704. in frederick north toward emmitsburg, a drag knifed -- a jackknifed tractor-trailer. and an ongoing situation at river road and willard avenue. river road gets by one lane in each direction due to a water and gas main break. the weather seems ok today, but for how long? >> threw about the middle of the afternoon, widespread, and even sunset done town. -- downtown. 33 degrees downtown, so definitely on the chilly side. a coastal storm moving towards norfolk, intensifying as it does so. we have winter weather advisory's spread across the region, starting this evening and spreading thro
