the state is the tourism industry, it's one of our huge industries in alaska, and we're figuring out how to promote tourism in juneau and in alaska since tourism is such a bright spot in our economy. >> i've been here a week in alaska and one of the big social service issues i see here in alaska is homelessness and trying to combat it seems to be a real issue with the city, since a lot of them aren't actively seeking help, but the ones that are, seem to be moving from place to place looking for the different type aid that they can get. but it seems like one of the big issues is that homelessness and how we can combat it and fight it here in this state. >> i'm the executive director of the alaskan pool administrators. i think the last step is to get a fiscal plan in place that has ongoing revenue, outside of our nonrenewable resources and primarily because we need to stabilize our education across thestate. our educators need to feel that our funding which is a constitutional duty in alaska is stable so they can stabilize our schools and i think the most important thing for all of us is to educate our students and th
