president, justin, good morning. >> reporter: nicole and erika, good morning. just across the street here at the president's office the staff had been working around the clock, speaking with student leaders and campus officials about those three nooses found on the other side of that building right here. last night. here's a photo sent to "eyewitness news". these three nooses described as being crudely made dangling on a tree outside mitchell hall. the here's video from the front of the mitchell hall and that tree from overnight. guns rights add ohio cade katie pavlock spoke there monday at the invitation of the campus group and her remarks have been critical of the black lives matter group in the past. her stance held what we are told a peaceful protest outside mitchell that same night. it was at that spot where those newses were found last night. acting university of delaware president nancy target called the nooses hate symbols and called them a hate crime n a conversation with us just moments ago, targett expressed her outrage. >> three nooses on a campus i
