i'm justine waldman. traffic is moving again normally on highway. 24 after a freeway shooting from earlier today. it happened just after 11 o'clock this morning. according to the chp, 2 cars were exchanging gunfire near pleasant one of those cars ended up crashing into another car and that driver stopped and filed a report with the chp. well, the 2 involved in the shooting then drove away. no injuries were reported were working to get more details on this breaking news story while traffic on highway 24 east up pretty quickly this morning. that was not the case for drivers on the bay bridge during rush hour last night. according to the chp, the incident involving a woman who was driving recklessly caused huge backups. that woman stopped in the traffic lanes, got out of her vehicle and then held the knife out at other drivers. she then returned to her vehicle before getting out again naked and this time with a gun coming up at 3.30, we'll take a look at how the chp handled this incident and what charges tha
