but you just talked about that meeting that that the justin trudeau was at the keir starmer is, is convening and some in person. but it's non-american nato countries who are saying, all right, we have a real problem here as it relates to ukraine. what what what what does that look like? is that a new nato that might be forming, or is this just specific to ukraine? what what is this about? >> i think the organizational form remains to be seen. i think that's something that obviously will be discussed as time goes on. but i think the key point, and it is a dramatic moment, is that a number of major european countries and canada have decided that we do have to maintain our support for ukraine. we do have to continue to be there in the middle of what we think is a major issue for europe and for the world, and we're not going to walk away. and so that's the position that we've taken. a number of other countries have taken it. and given the noise of this last week and the steps that have been taken in terms of resolutions and meetings and so on, i think it was entirely appropriate that it happened
