michael: there have been a series of comments about anybody who can explain how the chinese economy works deserves the nobel prize in economics. there is a very gifted chinese phd in economics named justin was named the chief economist at the world bank and vice president of the world bank . he has written several books, he is a friend of mine, i think he wants the nobel prize himself. he explained the chinese economy runs against the principles of gravity. it has its own concept of how to use debt. he does not admit intellectual property theft and forcible technology transfer but i think that is part of the business model. it is hard to interpret figures like the chart you just put up. they are in trouble. but how much panic there is from the chinese i speak with is not panic, this is a setback. is part of the secret sauce in china you might say. they are at a far higher level of debt to gdp than we would think possible. these are not think the american side would have to change if they want to continue predatory economic model against us, i think that has to be dealt with with the written agreement they are working on. said we wantent xi to address the leverage issue and all the debt.
