hosted by grant lodes and justine waldman. that's friday, february 28th at nine p.m. here on kron 4. heading into the five o'clock hour we have some shocking stories we wanted to show you. four teens in oregon are arrested. suspected of kidnapping a 15 year old boy. and trying to carve a swastika on his face! police say the victim was lured into a shed where the teens hit him in the back of the head with a crowbar. shot him with a b-b gun and then used a box cutter to mark a swastika on his forehead. the victim is allegedly a bully and the teens were looking for revenge. he finally escaped and ran to an auto body shop nearby. the accused teens now face kidnapping and assault charges. another 14-year-year-old was arrested in case and is being charged as a juvenile. now to a story that's been getting a lot of attention on our facebook page. a pizza hut worker is out of a job and the restaurant shut down after a man urinated in the kitchen sink. this is video from youtube. it was a pizza hut in west virginia where this happened. prosecutors say no food was involved, so t

hosted by justine waldman and grant lodes. that's on friday night. february 28th. at nine p.m. kron 4. a winter storm blankets parts of the northwest and more snow is expected to arrive later in the day. a winter storm dropped another round of snowfall in what is likely to be the biggest february snowstorm to hit the portland, oregon region since 1996. a local meteorologist predicts the storm will end up dropping between five and 10 inches of snow on the eye-5 corridor and the portland area. although the snow is expected to end today-- freezing rain arrives on sunday, with single digit wind chills. and these skiiers in portland are enjoying the snow. check out these cross country skiers, trekking through the streets of portland, oregon friday. a smaller group of skiers did the same thing during the city's big snowstorm back in 2008. the storm struck and then to tropical moisture of setting off shore and it will continue to demonstrate and to the bay area up today and tomorrow. we are seeing some impact. obviously some kind on the roadway also airport delays. sfo seen some nasty

kron four's justine waldman shows us how a police department on the peninsula is making it happen. >>hen you think of this you might think of fashion home court not stolen bikes, to combat crime the police department has gone to social media. they're using this website to reunite stolen property to the rightful owners. the department usually holds an open house so people can come by and review items by posting photos. this is the first time san mattel has used this. most of these goods were recovered in a raid. it has purses, computers, watches wings and even fire arms. by using social media the department can post multiple things and reach a wider audience. >> to see more pictures of the stolen items posted goes to our website kron4.com >> police are out trying to stop an increase of home burglaries in san bruno. the city typically has one or two home burglaries a month. but there were upwards of a dozen burglaries in january. one of the latest victims is 90-years old. he came home on thursday and saw a man running off with six thousand dollars in cash, jewelry and collectibles. line
