kailey leinz is here with more. really a bad day for at&t.h second-quarter results. a bit of a mix on the headline numbers. they did beat on earnings and their full-year guidance came in higher than analysts expected. they did miss on revenue. it fell 2% over the year. forbig issue is actually wireless subscribers. this is the company's big moneymaker. you can see the chart in the gtv library. this is showing what is going on with their subscribers. it came in at 73,000 new wireless customers as quarter. that was lower than the 83,000 that analysts were looking for. it is kind of consistently weaved. this is weaker than the june quarter. the fourth quarter and outlier with the holiday season. this is not a good thing for at&t. this really does drive their growth. this result in the second quarter is playing into the already pretty bad year at&t has seen. down more than 20% year to date. that is their worst performance since 2008. this is not delaying those concerns. david: they have to hope the time warner deal clicks in fast. kailey: exactly
