kaiser permanente has been how to sponsor for the last three years. we have 50 physicians and staff here, and this is just an amazing activity. if you look around you, you will see all walks of life in this room. you will probably see some people who are older than you and who are younger than you. you will see different cultures, different sexual orientations, people of all walks of life who are all here today working together. it is just an amazing reminder of what we can do when we fall together as a community to address the need to make a difference, to solve a problem. it does not matter who we are because the one thing we all share in common today, whatever our belief system is, the believe that we together can make a difference and that we can change the world by working together and -- in really big ways, and that is what we are here to do today. i think this is a great example of san francisco, the city that knows how to take care of the underserved and the city that knows how to win a world series -- [applause] so on behalf of kaiser permane
